Privacy and your inquiry
This website collects the inquiry you choose to send through its form, and counts visits with Google Analytics. Here is what happens to each.
What is collected
Your name, the contact details you give (email, WhatsApp or phone, Instagram), what you have in mind, and any occasion you mention. The website also keeps a scrambled, one-way code made from your connection’s address, used only to stop floods of spam. It cannot be turned back into your address.
Who reads it and why
Only Kazani, in a private inbox on this website, so she can reply to you. Sending an inquiry does not book an appointment and does not add you to any mailing list. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
Where it is kept
Inquiries are stored with the website on Cloudflare’s platform, run for Nails by Kazani by Kohmera, the company that hosts the site. If email alerts are switched on, a copy of your inquiry is also sent to Kazani’s email.
How long
Only as long as it is useful for replying to you. You can ask for your inquiry to be deleted at any time.
Asking about your details
Send a message to @nailsbykazani on Instagram to ask what is stored about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
Cookies and visit counts
To see how many people visit and which parts of the page they look at, www.nailsbykazani.com uses Google Analytics. It sets cookies and records things like the pages you view, roughly where you are (country or city), your device and browser, and the site that sent you. It does not receive what you type into the inquiry form, and it is not used for advertising. You can block it with your browser’s tracking protection or Google’s opt-out add-on.
